OUR ROOMS

Enjoy the Cozy Atmosphere

Welcome to Harbor Springs’ exclusive resort and historical Colonial Inn.  Our interiors have been thoughtfully curated and recently renovated to fill your heart with the delight and charm of our area. The Main Lobby embodies the spirit and whimsy of the Grand Hotel. As you enter further through the enclave and into the sprawling outdoor grounds, you will understand the classic Lake Michigan experience.  Mr. Brown’s mother, Tricia Verhelle Brown, was a budding artist whose talents are now featured in each of our guest rooms and throughout the Main Inn. Her whimsical style draws inspiration from her beloved Lilly Pulitzer patterns and captures the spirit of Northern Michigan beach scapes.

Historic Main Inn

Our Historic Main Inn rooms offer the charm and feel of a quant turn-of-the century bed and breakfast with all modern amenities guests have come to enjoy. Almost all of the Main Inn Rooms are all located on the second floor, are appointed with a private shower/tub combo, and have gas fireplaces to warm your heart before bed.  Our Main Inn rooms do not have balconies or patios, but they do share a communal library space for lounging, book reading, or just talking with friends over coffee.



We have one Main Inn room on the first floor, which can adjoin with our Executive Suite, Room 39.  Room #40 has an exterior entrance, small living space alongside a King + Queen bed, and a separate bath.

The Executive Suite

Room #39, on the first floor of the Main Inn, features a spacious living area and fireplace with a King Bed, a large bathroom with a jetted tub off of the living area, and a separate bedroom with two queens.  This room is located off of the lobby, offering convenience for access to the charming historical veranda and dining hall.



Room #39 can be adjoined with Room #40 to create a full three bedroom suite and is able to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably with two seating areas and two full baths.

VIEW AVAILABILITY

West Plaza

Guests staying in the West Plaza will enjoy double beds with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, fireplace with intimate seating area, and a patio with easy access to the pool and indoor jacuzzi hot tub.

The Garden Apartment

Our Garden Apartment is a completely detached unit offering a garden patio leading into a full living room with gas fireplace and kitchen with ample space and amenities for extended stays or more comfort.  Off the living area, guests will find a King Bed and attached full bath with a tub/shower combo and a stacked washer/dryer set.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all our needs and has a dishwasher for your convenience.
