Deposit policy

Advance deposit required for all reservation of first night stay plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations will forfeit full deposit of the first night stay plus tax.

         Standard cancelation policy

   3 days (72 hours) by 9:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time of arrival date.

Except the following:

Reservations of more than 6 days require a non-refundable once booked deposit of the first night for plus tax. Cancellations will forfeit full deposit of the first night plus tax. Under no conditions will a refund be issued for any cancellation.

Reservations for three or more rooms require a non-refundable once booked deposit of the first night for plus tax for each room. Cancellations will forfeit full deposit of the first night plus tax. Under no conditions will a refund be issued for any cancellation.

Regatta (Boat Races)/ Events/ Weddings and all reservations made during the winter, when the hotel is closed, for arrival during upcoming summer season require a non-refundable once booked deposit of the first night plus tax. Cancellations will forfeit full deposit of the first night plus tax. Under no conditions will a refund be issued for any cancellation.

July 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 require cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date or the deposit of the first night plus tax shall be forfeited. *This does NOT supersede any of the above non-refundable stipulations.

Weekends during July, August; Labor Day; Soccer require cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date or the deposit of the first night plus tax shall be forfeited. *This does NOT supersede any of the above non-refundable stipulations.
